Eastside Pilates

A catalyst to help you feel better through movement.

 

If you’re out of town or can’t make it to the studio, we can still do Pilates!

What you will need:

A strong Wifi Signal (if your signal is weak, I recommend a Wifi Signal Booster/Extender, or you can use your cell phone as a personal hotspot if available to you)

A laptop (preferred) or other device such as a cell phone or tablet

Enough space for a Pilates Mat, with (preferably) at least 2 feet on either side

What is ideal:

A Pilates/Yoga Mat

Lights from the front rather than the back

Time free of distractions (kids, dogs, etc)

Something to prop your device up on so it is higher than you and the camera tilts downward (you can use books, tuna cans, or other items - nothing fancy required!)

But…if you don’t have what is “ideal”, let’s do this anyway! If you don’t have a mat, you can use a towel or a blanket.

If you have other fun stuff, like hand weights, therabands, magic circle, tubing, cans of soup, Pilates equipment, great! Let me know before your session and I’ll plan on using that, too.

Sign up using the scheduling link below - be sure to sign the new waiver that includes online sessions! Be sure to include your EMAIL ADDRESS so I can send you a link for our session!

You will receive an email after you have signed up with a link as well as instructions for downloading Zoom, if you don’t already have it installed on your device.

On the day/time we have set, simply follow the link in the email - you’re all set!
